Cacao Protein Pancakes

Serves 1

Total time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (Performance Lab® Protein)1 tbsp cacao powder½ large or 1 small banana25g oats1 tsp baking powder65ml almond milk

Topping ideas: coconut yogurt, fruit, cacao nibs, chopped nuts

Method:

1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 

2. Heat a little coconut oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. 

3. Pour/scoop out a heaped tablespoon of batter per pancake and spread out with the back of a spoon. Cook until the top is bubbly, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

4. Serve topped with your favorite toppings.
