Performance Lab® ships fast, anywhere in the world. We also make returns easy.
Shipping
All orders are sent out on the same day or the next day. If you place your order on the weekend then it will be sent out on the Monday.
All parcels are sent out by a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be sent to you within 48 hours of your order being sent out.
Please note: The expected delivery times below are given to us by the shipping companies, occasionally parcels are delayed. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive and check your tracking number before contacting us.
USA:
If you live in the USA (including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico), your order will be sent out by either UPS surepost, UPS 2 day or USPS priority mail from our distribution depot in Tennessee.
Orders made before 2pm EST will be sent out the same day. Orders made after 2pm EST will be sent out the next day.
For mainland USA we have two options:

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are sent by USPS priority
Expected delivery time: 5 - 10 working days
UK:
Parcels in the UK are sent by Royal Mail tracked or DHL courier from our depot in England.
Royal Mail expected delivery time: 1 - 2 working days
DHL expected delivery time: 2 working days
Royal Mail orders made before 2pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be sent out the same day. Royal Mail orders made after 2pm UK time will be sent out the next day.
DHL orders made before 12pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be sent out the same day. DHL orders made after 12pm UK time will be sent out the next day.
Europe:
Parcels going to Europe are sent by Royal Mail tracked or DHL courier from our depot in England.
Royal Mail expected delivery time: 3 - 6 working days
DHL expected delivery time: 1 - 3 working days
Royal Mail orders made before 2pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be sent out the same day. Royal Mail orders made after 2pm UK time will be sent out the next day.
DHL orders made before 12pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be sent out the same day. DHL orders made after 12pm UK time will be sent out the next day.
India:
Parcels going to India will be sent by DPD Express from our depot in England.
Expected delivery time: 2 - 6 working days
DPD orders made before 12pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be sent out the same day. DPD orders made after 12pm UK time will be sent out the next day.
Canada, Australia and the rest of the world:
Parcels going outside of the USA, UK, Europe and India will be sent from our depot in England by Royal Mail international tracked airmail or DHL Courier.
Royal Mail expected delivery time: 5 - 15 working days
DHL expected delivery time: 1 - 6 working days
Royal Mail orders made before 2pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be sent out the same day. Royal Mail orders made after 2pm UK time will be sent out the next day.
DHL orders made before 12pm UK time (GMT or BST depending on time of year), will be sent out the same day. DHL orders made after 12pm UK time will be sent out the next day.
Please note: International orders can be delayed or held up in customs. In extremely rare cases customs delays can be for 30 working days or more (this is incredibly rare and unlikely, but can happen). Allow extra time for your order to arrive, and if your order is delayed, please check your tracking number and contact your local customs office before contacting us.
We regularly send to all parts of the world. If you live in a country that has a local postal service, then we can likely send to you. We cannot ship via DHL for some countries, whilst for some other countries DHL is the only shipping option, and for India DPD is the only shipping option. See the available options at checkout for your country, and if you are still unsure please contact our customer support team.
Returns
Returning unused and unwanted items is easy. Just contact our customer support team here within 7 days of receiving your order. They will give you the appropriate address to return your item(s).

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase of Performance Lab® and we insist the risk is on us. Try one bottle of any single Performance Lab® product for a full 30-days; and, if you do not see results simply return the used bottle and any unused bottles within 60-days of your order being delivered, and we will gladly refund your money (minus any shipping costs).
This Guarantee applies to your first order of Performance Lab® only, and up to a maximum of one bottle of each single Performance Lab® product.
If Performance Lab® doesn’t work for you and return it for a refund, you cannot order it again and expect to get a second refund.
It is important to note that for best results, Performance Lab® supplements should be used in synergy with a healthy lifestyle, including a healthy diet and regular exercise.
Before requesting a refund, you must have taken the Performance Lab® supplement as directed on the label, for a full 30 days.
We will require the following from you when returning your product(s):
Your full name, address and order number
All used and unused items that were sent to you
When you return the product(s) to us:
You must use a courier service that requires a signature. We cannot refund you for items that are not returned to us or are lost in the mail.
You will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
To claim your refund, email cs [at] performancelab.com. Any claim must be submitted within 60 days of purchase.
If you fail to comply with all of the above conditions we will not be obliged to give you a refund.
