Not every quick fix is a good energy strategy. Some can leave you feeling worse later, particularly when they interfere with sleep or provide plenty of calories without much nutritional value.

🍬 Go easy on sugary packaged foods
Limit sweets, candy, pastries, cookies, sugary cereals and sugar-sweetened drinks. These can add substantial amounts of free sugar without providing much nutritional value. WHO recommends keeping free sugars below 10% of daily energy intake. (20)
